Therapy Approach
Life’s challenges—whether stress, anxiety, depression, or major transitions—can feel overwhelming. Often, these struggles arise for understandable reasons, even if they aren’t immediately clear. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and to reconnect with yourself and others.

My approach is warm, empathic, and reflective, with a focus on uncovering unconscious patterns and creating new possibilities for growth, healing, and a more meaningful, creative life.

For adolescents, therapy can be especially valuable as they navigate the complexities of identity, independence, and the pressures of growing up. By weaving together different therapeutic perspectives and techniques, I provide a supportive space where teens can express themselves freely, explore who they are becoming, and connect with their strengths and creativity.

I don’t offer quick fixes, but I believe in the power of a thoughtful, collaborative process. If you’re feeling stuck—or if your teen could use support—I’d be glad to connect and explore how we might work together.
